"It's a tiny studio apartment in a great location close to Waseda University, and has things a traveler would need, including basic kitchen utensils. The only problems I had was a strong smell of dried urine in the toilet, as the floor was not thoroughly cleaned. Keeping the door closed and fan running basically isolated the smell away from the rest of the unit, but it was still pretty gross. I don't normally use the bathtubs in hotels and rental rooms anyway, but the tub in this unit didn't have...

"This apartment was conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as the train station. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fine and there was a very new washing machine-dryer. Overall we had a great stay at this apartment. "
