"It's a tiny studio apartment in a great location close to Waseda University, and has things a traveler would need, including basic kitchen utensils. The only problems I had was a strong smell of dried urine in the toilet, as the floor was not thoroughly cleaned. Keeping the door closed and fan running basically isolated the smell away from the rest of the unit, but it was still pretty gross. "I stayed here for one week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed it! Shockingly spacious for how little square footage and we all fit comfortably. The location was great- a short walk from shin-okubo station making it great for exploring Tokyo. Additionally, there were many shops (even a small Don Quixote) and restaurants nearby that were also fun to explore. Would stay here again. "
