"Old, worn out, & you get what you pay for. Rain is loud on roof, motorcycles heard all night. Needs fresh paint & clean grout. However, the room service Indonesian 06:00 breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff got us soap upon request. The aircon worked and we had hot showers. There were 2 sitting parlors adorned with sculptures & plants by the front desk. The hotel is within a few blocks of the downtown night market. "

Highlights were the gorgeous pool (just the right temperature, every other pool we’ve had in Indonesia has been way too hot!), the friendly staff, and the enormous breakfast buffet — if you’re hesitating about paying the extra for the free breakfast, it’s absolutely worth it, and it’s a little different every day.
