When I objected I was given the room I had booked which was bigger and better but very tired and shabby. "Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences !

My wife is a Thai she wanted me to mention that although the staff had English skills, no Thai skills. They hired a lot of workers from abroad mainly china. This is a sore spot for the locals, so if you’re spouse is a Thai and has nationalist sentiments Caveat Emptor."
