Dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty socks and dead insects next to the couch, closets filled with cobwebs, handprints on the stairway walls, muddy boot prints in the bathroom. On top of all of it A SNAKE CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM SINK!!! A live snake!! Immediately contacted the host and was not only denied a refund but called a liar....
