"Staff friendly and helpful within limited range of services offered. Limited facility with small rooms and tiny bathrooms and no way to keep shower in stall, with single soap dispenser outside the stall. Central location but very noisy with loading dock under bedroom windows walking us early and outdoor drinking parties keeping us up at night. "

I made a reservation and paid for the booking, I got to the apartment building and the staff inside doesn't speak english nor did he let me into the room or anything, he basically kicked me out of the building and told me to go to another hotel. The staff doesn't even work for the host! I messaged and called the host and he didn't respond, he basically stole my money and Expedia couldn't do anything about it. Expedia did a horrible job as well. "

"The staff was all very accomodating and kind. The location is ok as its in the main area of many office's. Its not walkable to Old Town, but the ubers arent expensive in comparison to America. Tasty food hall nearby with many options. 2 min walk. I would stay here again!"
