"The elevator is broken and there is no sign of it being fixed. I have a disability and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs every day. I would not have booked this hotel if the elevator was not available. The staff was not apologetic about this, which was disappointing."

"We stayed here for 2 nights last week, just as a quick city break with friends. The rooms are beautifully decorated, modern and clean, with a kettle, a microwave and a small kitchen. Bottles of water and coffee and tea were topped up every day. The hotel is in an excellent central location, close to many shops bars and restaurants and as an added bonus, karaoke was just around the corner! The staff were wonderful and friendly. If I ever go back to Warsaw I would definitely stay here again!!"

Plus, despite multiple attempts, no good answer was provided about the Wi-Fi network for which the shared password doesn't work. The room's door and windows can barely get fully closed, which makes it very noisy. "
