"The breakfast was alright and pretty straight forward. Everything tasted — or was — prepackaged and I ate it once, didn’t feel the need or desire to eat it everyday after that. There are no personal travels sized toiletries provided by the hotel. Everything is a large bottle, including lotion, that was surely shared by previous guests. It’s also unclear what the ingredients of the products are as they’re not labeled, so for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone concerned about natural ingredients in their skin care, I would definitely recommend bringing your own. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room was also just okay. The cleaning staff was glorious! My mid-tier rating is geared more towards the general upkeep of the room: really loud refrigerator, eating utensils were provided but had dry food on them still, and the grout and floor of the shower were stained. Otherwise, excellent location, there was a water filling station in the lobby, staff was attentive and kind, and there was baggage storage that we could use before check-in"

"The hotel is beautiful, however not very functional unless you are a solo traveler. The bathroom is a small glass box that you can hear/see everything through, which is not ideal when someone else is in the room. The shower floods across the whole bathroom floor because there is no door separating the shower and toilet, so you will be standing in a puddle when using the restroom unless you dry it up. Also extremely disappointed in the actual check in process. We arrived earlier in the day and inquired about early check in, to which the staff at the desk said the room was not ready yet but that they would place us on a “priority list” and give us a call when it was ready. So we stored our luggage and went to kill some time. We arrived back at 3pm, the original check in time, and were told that our room just needed to be ‘inspected’. So we sat in the lobby and waited for almost two hours for our room to be ready, until we couldn’t anymore as we had a reservation. I asked the front desk if there was an ETA on the room and they said they could not provide one, but they would call and email me once the room was available. So we stored our luggage again and left. We did not receive a call or email at all letting us know our room was ready. We were finally able to check in around 9pm when we got back to the hotel. Not being able to provide early chen in is understandable, but to promise a 3pm check in and not be able to provide a r"

"Room was clean. It was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet was broken and the shower was as small as a shower in an RV. The worst part was the noise from street level. We were 10 floors up but were kept awake for hours. "

"I had a decent stay overall. One thing to be aware of is the additional $40 per night fee, which applies to all guests. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, so it caught me by surprise. They do provide a $20 daily voucher for the restaurant downstairs, which helps offset the cost a bit. The shower water took quite a while to heat up and didn’t work properly during my stay, which was inconvenient. However, the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience better. Overall, some pros and cons, but the service stood out."
