"Cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is superb for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. The only distress is a night club in front that brought some noise and rough crowds at elevated hours of night. The city of Milan should forbid this late night clubs in favor of tourism and help hotel and service industry survive. You can’t have it both ways dear politicians!"

"One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot during our stay in mid-June. When we reported the issue, staff did not attempt to help and instead told us that “it is not even hot,” despite the obvious discomfort. No fan or alternative solution was offered. Customer service was unacceptable. Staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. We requested an iron multiple times throughout our stay and were repeatedly ignored. The room also had maintenance issues. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and water accumulated in the basin after use (photos attached). This should have been addressed before the room was assigned to guests. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were uncomfortable and caused itching throughout our stay. For the price charged, the lack of basic maintenance, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guest concerns are unacceptable. We gave the hotel multiple opportunities to address these issues, but nothing was done. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise other travelers to consider alternative accommodations."

"The location was excellent and the rooms were sebaceous. It was very close to all the historic attractions and all within walking distance. The one thing was not convenient, is the noise coming out from the trains and the street and I believe they need to work better on sound isolation . generally speaking , we were happy and pleased."

"The breakfast was great, the AC was perfect, the gym was good too. i tripped no fall , just a little skip obecause of the flood being uneven when walking down long hall from room. no ice machine, had to walk to bar who gave me ice. "
