"Our family (8 people) gathered for Easter Vacation at the Poggio Verde villa. We have rented several villas in the past decade in Italy, Spain, Greece and France, but this one was definitely the most comfortable and peaceful one. We were lucky to meet the very kind owners and learn a bit more from them on the history of the villa and region. The garden is amazing, with old trees and flowers, plenty of spaces calling for meditation. We also liked the open kitchen which is fully equipped as well as the multiple dining and sitting rooms, where we even played the piano. There are plenty of beautiful places to visit as well as restaurants for those who would like a more active holiday, around the lakes and mountains within 45mn-60mn drive, and also various towns including Milano (there's a convenient train station not to far away, to avoid traffic jams). Each bedroom has its own bathroom so the villa is also very convenient for a group or even professional gathering. Highly recommended."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I particularly liked the dinner that was served. It included a three-course meal with wine. It was my first ever experience. My only regret is that I didn't have another chance to dine in their restaurant, as I spent most of my day in Milan. Would love to visit again some time in the future!"
