"Clean room, large bathroom and shower. Reception Staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony and views beautiful. Breakfast was lovely quality and great choice. Carpets are tied and general decor needs attention (a little battered). Gym not good, no treadmill and bike seat broken/damaged. Didn’t bother using 😕 "

"The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff. If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email. "

"Grand old villa, with grand furniture. Close to Mt Etna cable car, very convenient. Our chef prepared fresh ravioli, and rissoto, plus delicious mains for our meal at night. Followed up with fresh prepared sicilian breakfast in the morning. We got lost due to google maps, and staff came to find us, which was appreciated. Room was comfy and huge, a very enjoyable night."
