It was very clean when we arrived, and hopefully we left it in the same manner. The host did not meet us, but gave us information on how to access the home, which was easy. "Nice large villa in rural location with views of Etna and vineyards. Well equipped and very spacious, massive patio to enjoy sunshine. Heating is via air conditioning so less suitable in colder weather. Check in and communication excellent. Clean and welcoming."

"The ambience of this hotel is excellent. The hotel is well-located with views of Etna. The staffs are exceptionally well-trained, the food reasonably priced and excellent quality. Eating dinner near the pool has to be one of best locations, beautifully set-up with tablecloths, shining glassware, suitable lighting and music. Rooms are sufficiently spacious and spotlessly clean. Decor is older style but suits the nature of the hotel."

"What an amazing property! The place is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The reception staff and service was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The pool was great, and the private pool was luxurious. The saddest part was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"I stayed here to be nearer the airport for my flight the next day. I was really surprised how good this hotel was for the money and people very friendly. Secure gated car park (probably the best I've had on my trip), nice and clean and great breakfast. Nothing else to say really. It's good. "
