"This is our second stay. We love this hotel, the spa, the staff, and the entire experience. The view from our room is always so magical. There is a rooftop area that we love to enjoy once the sun goes down. It's quiet and not many people are up there. We love the breakfast. The staff that prepares and serves the food are terrific. They are so sweet and kind. The breakfast is a full breakfast, with hot options, like scrambled eggs. Carlo helped us with our bags and was helpful in providing tips...
