"We stayed here at the beginning of May, 4 adults and a 6 year old. Communication with Nikolina was superb from our initial enquiry through to arrival, nothing was too much effort. Even when we couldn’t get the TV to work she came over that evening to assist. We hired a car and visited many places locally, Split, Brela, the local town of Omiš and drove to Dubrovnik, which was stunning. You need a vehicle for this property as you are unable to walk to any local amenities. There is some building work taking place in the road that this property is situated on, (4 or 5 properties being built) which started around 6.30am!!, so something to be aware of…. (But understand that they can’t build during the main summer months, so it’s only if you are there out of season) We would certainly return as the property had everything we required, a fantastic local Restaurant in the neighbouring village and our host was very attentive."

"The villa is a wonderful home from home. We were met by the owner who gave us a tour and showed us where everything was. The views were exceptional and we spent most of our time on the terrace soaking up the sun whilst enjoying the vistas across the Aegean Sea. The facilities in the villa were of high quality and all worked perfectly. WiFi is available all through the house, there is a large screen smart tv in the lounge for lazy days indoors and there is air conditioning throughout (very useful as the temperature got up to 32 degrees at the end of September). The old town of Omis was a manageable 10 minute walk away. It has a wonderful ancient character with charming winding streets and plenty of hidden treats. There is a great beach there and is awash with many restaurants which gave us the most amazing selection of food. Just a few hundred meters from the Villa is a beach with local bars and places to get food. Water sports are available too and it is a great relaxed place to while away the hours. We all enjoyed our relaxing week in Croatia, the apartment was first class, and Igor, the host, very attentive which helped to make this holiday one of the most enjoyable ever."

"There is so much trust involved in choosing a home for you holiday. We are guided by photographs and reviews and we are all concerned about the truth on the day of your arrival. Does it reach your expectations? Before we arrived our host Ivana was in regular contact, assuring us of those little details and making it more personal. The house is located in breath taking scenery, nestled in the hills in a quiet, serene village. The sound of goat bells and the chatter of Donkeys as they roamed mischievously into gardens. It was delightful. The house is so clean, fresh and well equipped, accommodating on one level with 2 large double rooms and a twin room with lovely furniture and opening balconies. The lounge, diner and kitchen make a lovely family space and the balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Downstairs there is a large pool table, gym and sauna and a shower / toilet. Outside the pool area is fantastic, with plenty of furniture and a summer house which is a lovely place to enjoy your meals alfresco on the grill. A fridge, freezer, sink, small hob and dishwasher just makes the space so easy to enjoy. The tennis court was a lovely addition that we enjoyed more that we thought. The house is amazing, Ivana and her family were so welcoming and even brought us lunch over one day. The location is about 25 mins from split, there are two supermarkets nearby, both with the essentials. Fantastic house, perfect host, highly recommend. Thank you so much."

"It was amazing experience to stay in this villa. We enjoyed it so much! It was very quiet area. Everything was clean and exactly as was described. Beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area with umbrellas, lounge chairs and sitting area with garden full of locally grown vegetables all that you allowed to eat. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. We had a feeling of real Europe there, sleeping well with open windows during the night.. 15 min to drive to Omis and 20-30 min to Split. You definitely need a car to move around the area. Please ask the owner for local restaurant: tasty and delicious food!"

"A really nice property with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. The local restaurants were pleasant enough but not destinations of themselves."

"Lovely place, perfect for 2 families of 4 as each family has their own small apartment joined by a communal kitchen and pool. Outside area, really spacious and perfect for summer evenings eating, drinking and relaxing. Views are amazing and Omis is a lovely little town with great beaches and places to eat. Walking into town is possible, but not with young kids. We did it a couple of times with children 12 plus, a bit of moaning but all enjoyed it in the end! Ante was a great host and I would definitely recommend his place."
