"We stayed here at the beginning of May, 4 adults and a 6 year old. Communication with Nikolina was superb from our initial enquiry through to arrival, nothing was too much effort. Even when we couldn’t get the TV to work she came over that evening to assist. We hired a car and visited many places locally, Split, Brela, the local town of Omiš and drove to Dubrovnik, which was stunning. You need a vehicle for this property as you are unable to walk to any local amenities. There is some building work taking place in the road that this property is situated on, (4 or 5 properties being built) which started around 6.30am!!, so something to be aware of…. (But understand that they can’t build during the main summer months, so it’s only if you are there out of season) We would certainly return as the property had everything we required, a fantastic local Restaurant in the neighbouring village and our host was very attentive."

"This was our first vacation to Croatia and this home was wonderful for our family! It was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the views are breathtaking, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We visited during a cooler time of the year, so we did not swim in the pool. But the beach was a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed the sauna in the house. Its location made trips to Split and other surrounding towns easy, Ivana and her husband are great hosts and I highly recommend this property to others."

"The villa is a wonderful home from home. We were met by the owner who gave us a tour and showed us where everything was. The views were exceptional and we spent most of our time on the terrace soaking up the sun whilst enjoying the vistas across the Aegean Sea. The facilities in the villa were of high quality and all worked perfectly. WiFi is available all through the house, there is a large screen smart tv in the lounge for lazy days indoors and there is air conditioning throughout (very useful as the temperature got up to 32 degrees at the end of September). The old town of Omis was a manageable 10 minute walk away. It has a wonderful ancient character with charming winding streets and plenty of hidden treats. There is a great beach there and is awash with many restaurants which gave us the most amazing selection of food. Just a few hundred meters from the Villa is a beach with local bars and places to get food. Water sports are available too and it is a great relaxed place to while away the hours. We all enjoyed our relaxing week in Croatia, the apartment was first class, and Igor, the host, very attentive which helped to make this holiday one of the most enjoyable ever."

"A really nice property with lots of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. The local restaurants were pleasant enough but not destinations of themselves."

"Lovely place, perfect for 2 families of 4 as each family has their own small apartment joined by a communal kitchen and pool. Outside area, really spacious and perfect for summer evenings eating, drinking and relaxing. Views are amazing and Omis is a lovely little town with great beaches and places to eat. Walking into town is possible, but not with young kids. We did it a couple of times with children 12 plus, a bit of moaning but all enjoyed it in the end! Ante was a great host and I would definitely recommend his place."

"This was our first time in Croatia, it's a place I've been meaning to visit for a while. Villa Belvedere is on the outskirts of Omis, up a winding road, and offers the most amazing views of the coast. The Villa is perfectly appointed, and Dino is the perfect host. Dino built the villa himself and the attention to detail is amazing. Lovely swimming pool, very comfortable beds, and air conditioning that actually works. The bonus of the pool table was great for the kids and me :) Omis is a lovely little town, and has some great restaurants, especially in the streets behind the main road, were you don't get the road noise and there is a nice vibe.
