The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "Stunning property with beautiful views. Very quiet area! House was very clean and the garden was beautiful . We did not have a car , but Diego helped us communicate with the local taxi service.
