"This is a great overnight stay if you’re passing through Taos. They did amazing with the renovations! Very clean and very helpful staff. The only issue is there seems to be a lot of homeless people walking around all of Taos and it was a little further from town then we wanted. However, this did not turn out to be a bad thing since most restaurants were closed on a Saturday night! 😳 Maybe we visited during off season, but thought that was very odd. Other than that as I mentioned before the hotel is very very well redone and very clean. "

"Though not all that far from the plaza or main street (Paseo del Pueblo), it felt like it was out in the country. Very, very charming and authentic New Mexico. Excellent hospitality! Caution to the elderly and those requiring wheelchair accessibility - there are steps, head clearance issues, and tight squeezes."

"Casa Verde was the perfect place for my adult daughter and I to stay. We were delighted with the authentic New Mexico Casa. Lots of fun original art and Talvera accent tiles throughout. It was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. My daughter brought her dog and it was so nice that the property was pet friendly. The patio and courtyard was very pleasant and we enjoyed having coffee out back every morning. The host was personable and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Casa Verde and plan on returning for our next visit to Taos."
