"Overall the property was well equipped, had a beautiful layout enough room for the family and also family friendly. I liked that everything was easy and close to two shopping centers. The only issue was probably that the water was a little cold but after a hot day out in the sun it was tje perfect remedy. I like the safety in the community you would see a lot of security guards patroling the neighborhood. Overall i highly recommend this beautiful modern house, I will definitely always come back...

"From the very start of booking, communication was excellent and fast in responding. We arrived with what felt like VIp service and security. They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "We arrived later in the evening. The owner was very accommodating and met us at the property with our keys and let us in. The house is beautiful and spacious. Enough space to relax and inside parking so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Everything you need is available including towels, dishes ,coffeemaker,refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.It was nice having a washing machine as well.The hot water was a bonus! "Overall it was good. There were some things that probably need attention. For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. In general, I was a good stay and wood consider staying there again"

The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location.
