"Big room well equipped .work being done close by other rooms bit noisy daytime.checking in bit chaotic not sure why its self service with staff on hand.be quicker and friendlier normal reception.great gym pool sauna etc . House keeping knocking on door every 20 minutes morning we left.we rushed and left a few things.not great 11 is leaving time no need to be knocking at 8.30 onwards. Nice big telly with sky sports added bonus.pretty good all in all"

"Shower curtain needs to be changed, washed or new one... mould on the bottom Room comfortable Spa facilities lovely shame not all jacuzzi and jets working but relaxing time Shame other guests ruined stay with loud shouting, kids knocking on our room door and running up and down the corridors During night and early morning."

"Overall, the hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the cookies at the reception were delicious! The breakfast was also really good. Only downside was that there was some white noise in the room and the floors were a little squeaky."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."

"Good facilities and amenities in the room, very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely, but lots of tables needed clearing during a busy time, with plates piling up on some tables"

"Really pleasant hotel and great facilities. The gym is only small and was busy but it served the purpose I wanted it to perfectly and it was great to have the access to the spa for a short while too. Pleasant food, comfortable bed. Would highly recommend."
