We had a great stay from start to finish, enjoyed the beautiful garden surroundings, had a great pub lunch & enjoyed breakfast after checking out at the local bakery. "We arrived to a clean space with clear instructions on how to find the property including parking instructions and how to find and unlock the key safe. The place is very peaceful and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"First impressions were amazing, looks exactly like the photos, also very clean and tidy! Had a look around to find a nice surprise in the fridge (thank you), also found some games which was a nice touch. Everything worked, so there was no need to bother the hosts during our stay, but we were struggling to get an uber on our last day and stayed a little over our check out time, this is when Alex came over and asked if everything was ok and provided us with a local taxi company.Definitely...
