"My partner and I had a brilliant 2-night stay at The George. Having just recovered from surgery on her wrist, I mentioned this, and a need for additionsl pillows, as a special request and everything from The George - from response time to accomodation - was five star. Breakfast (both continental and a la carte) was one of the best we've had and the bed was one of the comfiest. We were only here for two nights for a wedding but wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend ataying at The George! Also, use of the nearby CLC swimming pool was super easy and straightforward. Thanks to everyone at The George for a great stay."

Cheerful, hardworking staff in restaurant. Breakfast, lots of choice, delicious. Had one dinner & must say, it was also delicious. Greeted by cleaning staff, who still made time to greet, even though hotel was super busy."
