"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"We had a wonderful visit to Paris and very much enjoyed coming back to this lovely apartment. It is as pictured - perhaps even nicer as you can open the very big windows and enjoy the sounds of the street life below. The neighborhood is perfect - a mix of boutique shops, boulangerie's and charming restaurants. The Picasso museum is basically at your doorstep and it's about a 30-40 min walk to the Louvre and other points. If you want to see Paris in comfort and style - highly recommend you stay...

"Perfect location 2 minutes walk to metro (Voltaire), restaurants and specialty food shops. Unit was spacious, bright and very secure highly recommend."

"The room is quite small, with a large (convertible) double bed. Everything essential is fitted into a tight space. The excellent, but small bathroom has a wash basin the size of a shoebox. Location is fine, if not great. But with so much key information on line only, a key shortcoming was the very weak wifi. This made my stay much more difficult."

"Studio apartment with loft, three beds, kitchen, bath. Nice location in the heart of the Marais. Close to everything. Note that "reception 24/24 and 7/7" means that you can set whatever time you want to check in but you must let them know what time you will be there to meet them. They aren't there 24/7 like a hotel."

"The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom"

The apartment itself is just like in the pictures. It's on the top floor and has a panoramic view out over the city - no major monuments in the direct sight-line, but still very cool. "L'appartement est vraiment bien et fidèle à la description, la procédure d'entrée et sortie est facile, c'est professionnel. En revanche j'aurai aimé de la transparence sur les travaux dans l'entrée car nous avons eu plusieurs fois des problèmes pour accéder au logement car il y avait des cartons entreposés. Il y a avait aussi des bruits de perceuses dans la journée. Donc à ce niveau nous n'avons pas été à niveau en terme de communication car rien n'a été dit. Pour information il y a une fuite...
