"There was no water upon arrival and note on front door said no water on Monday during our stay as well. Dirty dishes and food in kitchen, garbage, and on floor. Soiled towels on floor and stains in bathroom facilities. Bed was not changed and there was food on the floor. After walking up several flights of stairs to seventh floor with luggage, it was disappointing. Called and messaged but no reply for several hours, even more disappointment. When replied, we were misinformed. "
