"Check in was great, all worked as the owner communicated. Wish we had more info about parking, and the pull out bed was a bit broken... but all was great. We loved the location, and it was clean, as proposed in the listing, and was very well done. "

"Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works."
