"It was amazing until the receptionist told me I couldn’t take my children swimming she said it was only 4 allowed in the pool I didn’t understand I have 5 children plus me I rented a one bedroom suites which sleeps 5 I only had 2 extra with one being autistic and the other a baby didn’t see why me and the others couldn’t swim so with that I give this stay bad comments with customer service my children cried I had to pay extra to take them to an aquatic center "

"We have stayed at this property many times. However, we have been disappointed almost every time because it has been a full house between the construction, and now the finished product. With the full capacity comes zero parking if you arrive after eight or 9 PM. On this particular trip, there were four semi’s parked in the parking lot and work trucks that were almost semi truck sized. No rhyme or reason to their parking- taking up multiple spaces. The gal at the desk mentioned we park at mattress firm because they own part of that parking lot, however, there’s no lighting over there. It was completely dark."
