"They said we was smoking in the room witch is a non smokable hotel that doesn’t allow pets , we purchased a one night stay with a 100$ deposit and when we got there the hallways were smelling like weed . We were approached by a worker at our door with an attitude asking us when we were leaving then she responded with it reeks weed in our room but we never smoked in their , another worker came in as we were walking out and went in our room and came back and said it smelled fruity and like fragrance and weed .of course it’s smell fruity it was girls in the room and the sheet were dirty and the bathroom floor was wet and they had dogs in there barking witch they said they don’t allow service dogs aren’t very aggressive and the one I heard was so I did not enjoy my stay ."

"We had no HVAC working properly and no maintenance available to help. We upgraded to the Pure room. Currently working on a resolution for this extremely hot and loud night. Will update my review once I hear back. But this specific location is outdated and old. But the staff was truly so kind. "

"Poor customer service, and the facilities are not what is expected in every aspect. There were people in the room I was supposed to be using, so I ended up going to another hotel."

"Our room had a shade that was not working and the plugs on the nightstand were not working and we felt the employee that came to the room to check on things was a bit annoyed with us even though we did nothing wrong. We were told someone would be in to check them the next day but upon returning that night nothing seemed to have been done and if it was we were not notified and it was still not working. Would have been nice if we were offered a different room at least for our stay but we made it work. Hotel was clean and in a decent location at least."

"It was just okay. Good price but you get what you pay for. Our room was missing a coffee maker and hair dryer. Breakfast wasn’t kept stocked either morning we were there. Blinds couldn’t be opened for any natural light. Area doesn’t have much. "

"We had a great time during our stay! The house was clean and was the perfect size for how many people we had. Tamera was easy to get in contact with as well! "

"This was a wonderful place to stay! The beds, pillows, and linens were clean and comfortable. We appreciated having 2-1/2 baths with 2 great showers and body wash, shampoo, & conditioner in each of them, and a blow dryer in the master bath. The kitchen was a nice size with plenty of dishes, cookware, & utensils, and there were several nice gathering spots where people could visit. It was also conveniently located and easy to find--close to lots of great restaurants, stores, and gas stations. We would definitely rent this property again."
