"Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself."
