In the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, between Tours and Amboise, in the wine village of Chançay, we welcome you to this charming house completely renovated in April 2024.
You will appreciate it for its comfort, its environment and its quality facilities as well as for its proximity to the main tourist sites of the region... Ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends.
Not suitable for festive events.

We offer for rent this family home, in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events. Thank you for your understanding.

This old winemaker's house of 80m² is composed on the ground floor
- Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator, dishes, basic necessities, etc.)

- Troglodyte room (the temperature remains cool when it is very hot)
- 2 private parking spaces located on the other side of the street

The house can accommodate 6 people maximum.

Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal. Parking is in front of the house, 2 spaces are private. The courtyard can possibly park a vehicle inside the property.
The town of Chançay is in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Vouvray wine appellation, an ideal central point for visiting the Loire Valley castles and vineyards. The first castles are 15 minutes away.

Other information to note
The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure.
A small grocery store, hygiene and cleaning products are available to start your stay.
Reception and key collection are by appointment, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Departure is no later than 10:00 a.m.
