"Recently renovated and very clean. The room I had was small but I suppose matched what I paid and served my purpose for one person. Staff, especially Nehemie, were super supportive and helpful. Did I say Nehemie is a star? I did not have the breakfast they offer. Location is super convenient in a busy area, but the rooms are quiet ( at least mine was). Not ce L’Occitaine toiletries with water boiler and instant coffee and tea in the room. Filtered water available in the lobby/cafe to refill the provided bottle to use in room. Gym is tiny and I never used it. Don’t count on using it. Overall, highly satisfied since cleanliness and attention to detail matter to me. It is definitely not a chain hotel. I was on the 4th floor and thankfully there is an elevator, albeit small. I never had to wait long for it. WiFi was available and free throughout the hotel."
