"Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality linen, towels and comfy pillows. Modern and stylish hotel. Breakfast was great value for money, a good variety of food, and great to be able to have a barista coffee included. We would not hesitate to stay again before or after a flight. Convenient to get to/from the station and airport on the shuttle train. It's not clearly explained in the hotel information, but the shuttle train lists the different airport hotels and which stop to access them from ( more explanation of this in the hotel information would have been helpful)."

"Everything was great except the AC didnt work but we had this problem in our other hotel in Paris. So for people who like cold rooms to sleep maybe bring a fan. Breakfast had a good variety Airport shuttle he kind of just dropped us, we ended up having to walk 2 hours to check in counter "

"Booked a total of 3 nights at the Sheraton CDG on our return trip from Canada to Perth, Aus. We chose it because it is very well located within the airport and was in close proximity to our required terminals. Staff were very friendly and efficient overrall - and very effective in securing assistance for us as my wife has mobility issues (Ismail and Sylvain - merci beaucoup!) - albeit when I added a second night to our return leg stay in order to secure early access to our room (we were landing at 0600) they had us down for only one night, then two nights in separate rooms despite several emails to the Hotel with a distinct request - in English and French - to join the two bookings and avoid the issue that occurred. And even got a response that their records had been updated. That being said the attendant soon resolved the issue. Food was excellent in the bar but a bit pricey - but it is Paris after all! Staff were once again friendly and very efficient here too. Our room was big and very clean: the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with big, fluffy towels and an excellent shower. They are looking a bit dated to be fair and the sink had signs of wear and tear. Overrall it was a very positive experience with minimum stress on a long journey. Bit annoying to get dinged for internet (14.90 Eu) after seeing e invoice as no mention of fee prior to or when signing in but will forgive them for the amazing view on exiting the lift on L1. Stunning."

"The rooms were very new, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, and it was great to have the free airport shuttle. Unfortunately no restaurant available when I arrived so I had to go out to get supper. The breakfast option of $5 euro was fine as there are not cafes or restaurants near the hotel. "

"The shuttle bus works from 6.15 am till noon time and from 17.15 PM.. we took the bus from the T3 to the bus station facing the hotel. breakfast is 25 Euro if you buy it from the hotel. room is clean , spacious , including safe box and mini bar. areovillle shopping mall is 5 min walk , use your GPS to get directions . friendly staff at the hotel. we used the shuttle to go 6.15 to the aeroport .. it takes 15 min .."
