I even lost my phone in the taxi that dropped us off, and the staff went above and beyond to help me track down the driver and get it back. Would 100% recommend! The spa and gym are attached but not a hotel gym. It’s a Beijing gym and is world class. On 4th AND 5th floor of hotel. Great to relax after walking the city! "
