"Un accès difficile aux chambres quand on a des difficultés physique. Le "monte charge" était défectueux... Incompréhensible Pas de télé sans la chambre. 65 euros pour un plateau repas qu'il faut commander 48h en avance. Pas de restaurant a proximité. Prise de chambre jusqu'à 18h00 pour avoir qq de physiquement présent. Un cadeau que j'ai fais a mes beaux parents mais déçu au global au regard du prix. "My husband ended up in hospital for a week and the Hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed including finding me a room even though they were fully booked. There is lots of parking out the back but on a busy weekend it can be hard to get into the carpark as there is no reservations. Just another minor thing. In English the laundry sheet says if the articles are at the reception before 9am you get same day service. However I was charged for express and not same day. This is only a minor thing but I needed clean clothes for my husband. An excellent hotel and would highly recommend it."

"Room was fine but only 1 spot to put a bag on and the bathroom was very narrow (My husband said his knees hit the wall when he sat on the toilet.) with a shower that was extremely small. I had to turn off the water to soap up and then turn it back on to rinse off. Breakfast was good."

"This was advertised as a 4 * hotel. Certainly it had facilities like a pool, fitness room and bar but the bar menu was mediocre. My biggest disappointment was the standard of furnishing. Seats with stained upholstery, no additional cushions on the chairs which were very wide and difficult to feel comfortable on if you are short. The bedding for the sofa bed was poor. I do not consider an Eleclerc basic pillow satisfactory for 4 *. The innards had separated into bits. The quilts were equally poor quality. We had hoped for better in a suite. Finally the breakfast was also disappointing. Limited choice.....and we were there early ...nothing labelled e.g. how to make or choose a drink and no staff to ask ...we have had better in 2 * accommodation."
