"We stayed two nights at the apartment and although the location and space was nice, we were disappointed by the way it was maintained. There was a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the floors were sticky and the furniture was basic and uncomfortable. We were also required to provide our credit card details to a third party service for the holding deposit which was not clear in the description and unusual. Hopefully these issues can be addressed as it was otherwise a nice apartment."

"It gives you a great value for your money. Staff was extremely helpful, we stayed for 4 days and housekeeping was great, the room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel is located in front of the train station and an easy 15 minutes walk of downtown, has a lot of eating choices around too."

"We stayed here for 2 nights on our way back north. The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good with enough choice to fill you up and there’s coffee available in your room which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again."

Location is great right in the pedestrian area and plenty of cafes, restaurants, shopping nearby. Close to tram stops, 2 of which take you to the train station. Would recommend."

Hotel is very keen to save electricity- lighting in communal areas was dim. On site Gym is very basic (3 machines plus limited freeweights). For the price it was very good - no complaints at all."
