10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay,ten minute walk from Porthtowen beach. and two ideal eating houses. Ideal for the south west coastal path. The weather got better as the week went on.The only disappointment was our bed,( with en-suite bathroom). It was a continental double bed with two single mattresses . It was perfectly comfortable ,but we would have preferred a traditional double with one mattress and a king size quilt. We would happily stay here again, and perfect for up to six people."

"Perfect for our 2 families & grandparents . Good spacious bedrooms & dinning . Excellent location and we were lucky to be on holiday during the heatwave . Mark was wonderful helping with all our queries. My only issue was parking . 2 cars didn’t quite fit as one was on a steep slope . Paying for parking added to the cost and on a busy bank holiday the car park was totally full ."

"It's a lovely, peaceful place in a lovely area, a classic english countryside stay. If if you re afraid of spiders I wouldn't recommend it as it is in the heart of the greenery. It could have been kept better as it seemed a bit old. And the classic moldy smell.. Ah it got me so bad I had to wrap my tshirt around my face. But that's kind of what you get when you go to countryside I guess."

"The property was clean and spacious. Large bedrooms with storage and good quality linen. All the bathrooms are well fitted and easily operated. The large terrace was a good space for the family to sit together and the dining room was great for the family to eat together around the large table. Heating etc was easy to operate on the colder nights. The beach can be reached by walking but it's a challenging walk. It's a quiet area which is perfect for watching the sunset and star gazing. This property was good value for what we paid."

"The park is OK. The house we stayed it was very clean and tidy but very minimally decorated and a bit outdated. The price we paid was definitely reflected in the standard received. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the park itself or the house we stayed at, it is just very minimalistic. The pool was a good addition to our day, it is managed well with the booking system. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay."
