"Overall the stay was good. The accommodation was clean, shower is powerful and bed is comfortable. The only thing was breakfast cancelled and pub was closed for the entire stay which means no food or drink nearby. They called and told me the day before check in so I couldn’t book elsewhere. "

The location is excellent: very near the city centre, but in a nice and quiet area. It's a 10 minute walk from the central station. "The owners were very quick to help with a minor heating issue. However, the elevator was inoperable our entire stay. We booked because of the easy access and counted on it for the 4th floor walk up. The owners did not offer any financial accommodation for a significant inconvenience and did not respond to our request. "

"Great location, beautiful rooms, lots of space. It was an easy walk to the city centre. Groceries are a five minute walk away. The kitchen had everything (dishes, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, etc.). The host was very good at communicating prior to our stay and was very helpful when we arrived and during our stay. Highly recommend!"

"We had a fabulous few days in this self catering accomodation. Lots of little extras were provided, such as phone charger beside bed, chocolate, beer & soft drinks in fridge, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. None of these were expected. Bed was comfy & pillows great. Location was fabulous, it was lovely and quiet, but facilities including pub, supermarket & bus stop into Bath a very short walk to the corner of the street. It was very reasonably priced for what it offered."
