"Staff were great and very friendly. The taxi’s that arrived at the hotel charged fairly. I can’t say that for all taxi’s in Goa. There is currently no uber. So get haggling and never accept the first price (for taxis around Goa). The food was ok there. Pool was great for my 3 year old. The only complaint I had was that the staff were not able to get the digital key/lock to our room to work. Which was disappointing as I really wanted to use my phone to gain access to our room. Being a partner of Hilton. You would expect them to be able to get this to work. As disappointing as this was. It was a nice stay overall and we really appreciated the hotel."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome—complete with their signature chocolate chip cookie—set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful escape from the usual hustle of Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities you’d expect. I especially appreciated the balcony views, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings. The staff deserves special mention—they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. "The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall."

"Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough."

We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience.
