Super service, Rooms are clean , BF nice

The staff and service was incredible. They were so attentive to detail. They made our girls trip so memorable. They even sent us a printed picture that was taken on our arrival. They sent a heating pad when my sister was sick. The breakfast spread was one of the best buffets I’ve ever eaten at. The pool looked amazing, unfortunately could not use due to chlorine levels. But regardless this property is a must stay! Can not recommend this place enough

This property more than deserves a 5 star rating on service quality. Phenomenal customer experience. Jagruti (property manager) is one of the friendliest and efficient manager i have come across. Area around the propert may not the best but the property itself makes the stay enjoyable and relaxed.

Great hotel and amazing staff!

Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.

Helpful Front Desk, good food, nice room service

A rare thing-- a place that is better than it appears in photos. Comfortable room with extremely thoughtful touches, like a lighted closet, hairdryer, robe and slippers, kettle, blackout curtains, snd great AC. I didn't try the food-- I'm sure it's at least good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I felt very at ease.

I have been to many hotels around the world but never found anything like Shanti Morada. Love this hotel. They provided personal attention and took care of every possible luxuries. The best part of my staying in Shanti Morada was, they served "Shisha(Hookah)" in the poolside(Actually Jacuzzi Side) bar. The pool was one of the best part of our staying. The customer service was excelllent. The hotel was clean and the food was fabulous. Deeksha the female chef was attentive and made us a special dish. Our group of 7 was cared for wonderfully!

This was one of the best Goa trip and the grand Leoney made it very special.. Great rooms, nice look, decent restaurant and great staff.. Very recommended if your okay with vagator.. The beach was a let down.. Try Anjuna nearby or candolim if you don't want to stretch beyond north Goa..
