In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests."

"Booked for 4 people 2 kids 2 adults. When got ro room at 11 pm had to argue to get beds for childeen. They expected all 4 of us to share one bed. This was then again repeated on a second booking"
