"I have stayed here before. Easy on a d off the highway just north of Charlestown. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are clean. Place was recently renovated. There aren't a lot of businesses in the immediate area except a nice family restaurant that shares the parking lot. The only issue I had this time was the mattress sagged."

"Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Great bed and excellent shower. Continental breakfast only, but it included hard boiled eggs, which I loved. Gracious staff and well maintained building. A perfect stopover."

Sleep Inn & Suites Cross Lanes - South Charleston

"The front lobby and room was very clean. The check in staff was very nice. The tissue box in the room was empty and hadn’t been replaced. The morning staff was a different story. There were no cups for the juices, the trash can was overflowing, and the front desk staff was outside smoking. There was no one checking on the breakfast area. When we left, there was no one at the front desk and there was not a note telling what to do with the keys. We walked out to the car and saw the staff outside again smoking. Very disappointed."
