"The property was fine, being met with a pair of underpants on the outside banister didn’t bode well, but once inside it was fine. We are in our seventies so going downstairs in the morning with two cups of tea wasn’t ideal but we worked around it. The place was clean and very well equipped although we ate out every day. Stunning views, wonderful food at Alf Rescos and the parking permit made things so easy. The position in central Dartmouth couldn't be better. "The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food in the Jetty restaurant was excellent and of a very high standard. The only negatives was the room we had was facing the inland road side of the hotel was very noisy in the day from traffic and appeared to be no air con in the room . The outside seating areas were a little tired and could do with an upgrade which was in sharpe contrast to the restaurant which was fantastic. The location was great being in the centre of Salcombe with parking."
