Desirable location, convenient to I85 with great schools and well established safe neighborhood with community YMCA, doctors, restaurants, gas stations, parks, urgent care, and grocery store all within walking distance. UNCC, Concord Mills and Charlotte Motor Speedway are also conveniently accessible from this home. This home has everything you need! It is fully furnished with all utilities already set up for you, so no need to hassle with deposits and utilities to be turned on! Fenced in back yard and two car garage, washer and dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, stove all on site. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, with master bedroom en suite bathroom. There is a second full bath upstairs and downstairs there is a breakfast nook as well as formal dining room. Fireplace and backyard patio and front yard has a nice porch to sit out on. Quiet community oriented neighborhood. Well lit, safe and convenient to Charlotte, Concord, UNCC, Kannapolis, Lake Norman and Harrisburg areas. Much more suitable for someone who travels for extended times, and much more preferable to hotels. Great place to stay while you are house hunting or needing a place that doesn't require pet deposits or long term leases. We can accommodate any lease as long as it is for more than 30 days. High speed internet, cable, Netflix, water, sewer, trash and electric all a part of your utilities. Outdoor cameras for security. Lawn maintenance included. Working fire place.
