I want to start by saying that Frank was an incredible host, very kind, attentive to our in app chat, made sure I had what I needed.The space itself is a clear result of effort and hard work. You can tell that even though the building itself is older, there's been a lot of work put in to elevate the property for his VRBO guests.That being said, if you are a traveler who does not want work in progress spaces, I cannot recommend this space. Again, all the amenities were present, but the space itself feels or is visibly unfinished or out of date. Frank is putting in hard and honest work, im sure the property has come a long way and he should feel proud! But in hopes to bring more realistic reviews and prepared clients, I want to be transparent with those. Some things I hope to see improved:-New bed frame, the wood is too squeaky-New microwave, this one is loud and old-Fully painted walls-Door code lock was hard for us to figure out but it looks nice so hopefully that works next time too.-A little larger tv for the wall space would be nice, but also understandable to help cut costsI still recommend this property for its convenience, the hospitality, and price, but I think the right kind of customer will truly see the value and appreciation, not someone with higher standards or needs.
