"We used the hotel for an event at Bolton Stadium, convenient for the short walk around to the suite. Front of house areas are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room was tatty and poorly maintained. The window did not open properly, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and grubby sealant around the bath. Definitely needs some investment in maintenance. "
