We drove up to the hotel I had booked and my partner was immediately disappointed to have arrived at a Holiday Inn located in an office park, but by day 4 of our visit to the Wigan area to visit friends and family, we both appreciated how great a spot we had found for our stay. Excellent stay as always, particularly for the Everton home games. could not be better located. Would like a little leeway on the 11am strict checkout time, but understand the need to turn the rooms over when busy. Front desk staff are great, always welcoming and all other staff are always available to help with any requests.

Wonderful, beautiful property. Refurbished 3 years ago but looks like it was just done. Lovely!. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Right across street from beach area and family friendly activities. Quiet area. Glad I chose this area and hotel rather than in a city. Would return!!

Wonderful, easy check-in and loved the restaurant for dinner.
