"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

J'ai contacté Abritel qui m'a fait savoir que seul le propriétaire du logement était en mesure de fournir une facture. J'attends donc avec impatience ce document. Merci"

"We enjoyed our stay Immensely. We were there for a week and Lisa was very attentive to our needs! The beds were extremely comfortable and the space itself quite large and well kept! Even the welcoming bottle of rose was great!🍷 The full kitchen with cooktop, stove and microwave came with full plates & cutlery so we made dinner some nights. Washer & dryer & dishwasher were also most appreciated. We would love to stay here again if we ever come back to Lyon!"

"The pictures are accurate. The kitchen appliances all worked as expected. The washer/dryer actually washed and dried. The location is very good. Buses run often, footbridge over river is 200m, nice little shops on the street such as the Pochat Boulangerie-Pâtisserie and easy access to the walkway at river level.
