There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! "Beautiful hotel in a pretty little town . This hotel you need to get the expensive room . You can always make more money . They have a spa area (free) ,there was a big breakfast ,an air of class everywhere. Karlovy Vary is a place you'll probably only go once . do it right ,stay here. "

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
