When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...

"Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special."
