"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel,the staff were very friendly especially Eric who was in charge of the breakfast which was very good, itâs in a great location and is in walking distance of shopping areas and some very good restaurants which were recommended by the hotel, thereâs a very atmospheric square where we enjoyed a drink after dinner and listened to some live music "

"Wonderful location and property. Beautiful pool and decking area overlooking Dordogne countryside with hot air balloons most mornings and evenings. Beatrice and Remy gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around the house when we arrived - they live just up the road so are available in case of any issues during the stay. Some lovely villages and towns within easy driving distance and Roque Gageac is a 45 min walk through the forest. Would highly recommend. "
"We really enjoyed our stay although it was only one night we would love to go back for longer. The dinner was absolutely amazing and very reasonable. We had a puncture overnight and the maintenance guy helped us change the wheel and pointed us to a very helpful garage "
"The house was equally as good as the photographs suggested, if not better. The location really is excellent. A two-minute walk from the restaurants and shops of the village, including a kayak station, as well as a less than 10-minute walk up to the castle. However, because the house is situated above the Main Street, and looking out to amazing views, you feel detached from the hubbub below and can enjoy peace at all times of the day. It was very hot when we stayed, hitting 40 Celsius, but the house stayed cool, with a/c benefitting in the bedrooms, and the pool was of course a great asset. Having convenient and free parking was also helpful."

"Everything was just right, with an easy checking in process, help on hand if we needed it. The kitchen was very well equipped and the laundry facilities were particularly useful. The pool was enjoyed by everyone. This was a memorable time in a special place with our children and grandchildren. Our thanks to our hosts for providing such a wonderful venue."
"The apartment is small but lovingly furnished, and has all that you need (except wifi which didnât work during our stay). We were there during a heat wave but the fan in front of the little window let us sleep comfortably. For us it was a wonderfully unique experience of living for a few days in a medieval structure in a medieval village. We fell in love with the village and all the Dordogne. (Note that parking is in a public lot, and you must carry your bags by hand up a steep cobblestone path - about a 5-minute walk.) Huge thanks to Frederique and Martine for their care and attentiveness."
