"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all.
