"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. We were left in a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with a family of seven and no proper place to sleep. This is absolutely not what...
