The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! "Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

Petit bémol pour l’hôtel avec chambre à l’odeur d’humidité (rivière qui coule tout le long) - accueil sympathique des patrons, juste le tarif du petit déjeuner que nous avons pris en chambre sur plateau la veille pour cause d’horaire de service (8h…) et avec application du tarif service en chambre soit + 14 euros ! "
